Managing Agreement

The Agreements section in StafStar gives Agency Admins full control over the contracts and legal agreements that Employers and Professionals must sign when registering on your agency’s platform.
Located in the right-side menu of your dashboard, this feature helps ensure that both parties agree to the necessary terms before engaging in job postings or applications.


What Can You Do in the Agreements Section?

This section provides you with two flexible options to manage your agency’s agreements:

1. Import Agreement from StafStar

By clicking the Import Agreement from StafStar button, you can pull in a predefined agreement template created by StafStar.
Once imported, you are free to edit and customize the document to suit your agency’s specific requirements and policies.
This is a convenient option if you want a solid starting point without drafting everything from scratch.

2. Create Your Own Agreement

If you prefer to use your own custom agreement, you can simply draft and input it directly into the platform.
This option is ideal for agencies with unique legal requirements, industry-specific clauses, or personalized contract language.


How Are Agreements Used?

Once your agreement is finalized and saved:

Automatic Signature on Registration

When Employers and Professionals register on your agency’s site, they will be automatically prompted to review and sign this agreement.
This ensures legal clarity and protects both your agency and your users by clearly defining rights, responsibilities, and expectations from the start.


Why Is This Important?

Having a signed agreement in place at registration protects your agency legally, establishes clear terms of engagement, and ensures all parties operate with mutual understanding.
By giving you full control over the content and presentation of these agreements, StafStar helps streamline onboarding and minimize potential disputes.
