Viewing and Managing Job Postings
The Job Postings section in StafStar allows Agency Admins to access all job postings created by Employers within their agency.
Located in the right-side menu of your dashboard, this section gives you a clear and organized view of the job opportunities your Employers have published — helping you monitor activity and assist where needed.
What Can You Do in the Job Postings Section?
The Job Postings feature is designed primarily for viewing and tracking. As an Agency Admin, you don't create job postings yourself — but you have full visibility over those posted by Employers under your agency.
Here’s what you’ll find:
1. Complete Job Postings List
A table that displays all job postings submitted by Employers.
You’ll typically see details such as:
- Job title
- Employer name
- Posting date
- Status (active, closed, etc.)
- Location
- Number of applications (if applicable)
2. Quick Monitoring and Oversight
You can easily check which Employers are actively posting, the types of roles they’re advertising, and the level of activity on each posting.
3. Support and Assistance
If an Employer encounters difficulties with their job posting — whether it’s creating, editing, or managing applications — you, as the Agency Admin, are well-positioned to offer guidance or take action where necessary.
Why is This Important?
Having full visibility over job postings helps Agency Admins ensure that Employers are using the platform effectively.
It also allows you to quickly step in and support Employers in improving job descriptions, attracting more Professionals, or troubleshooting issues — resulting in a smoother hiring process for everyone involved.
