Understanding the Plans & Pricing Section

StafStar offers a comprehensive Plans and Pricing section that allows Agency Admins to customize how their agency operates on the platform. This section is divided into two main parts: Pricing and Plans.

1. Pricing

In the Pricing section, Agency Admins can set the fees for their professionals. These fees will be displayed on the agency’s site, giving both the agency and professionals a clear understanding of what to expect when engaging with employers.

The pricing structure is based on the type of job posted by the employer:

  • Temporary Jobs: A different rate is applied.
  • Part-Time Jobs: Another specific rate.
  • Full-Time Jobs: A different rate as well.

These prices are set by the Agency Admin, and when an employer closes a job post, the respective rate (Temporary, Part-Time, or Full-Time) will be charged accordingly.

2. Plans

The Plans section allows Agency Admins to create different plans for their agency’s services. They can set prices for each plan and determine whether it will be charged monthly, yearly, or even if it’s free.

  • Plans can be customized to enable or disable specific features for each plan. For instance, certain premium features could be available only to users with higher-tier plans, while lower-tier plans may have limited functionality.
  • It's important to note that employers do not have to pay any fees to use the platform for browsing or interacting with professionals, regardless of the pricing or plans set by the agency.

Why Use the Plans and Pricing Sections?

The Pricing and Plans sections allow Agency Admins to:

  • Set job rates for professionals based on the type of job (Temporary, Part-Time, Full-Time).
  • Define different subscription plans for agency users with varied features and pricing structures.
  • Customize how features are accessed based on the plan level.
  • Offer free or paid plans to their clients and professionals, depending on their business model.

By configuring these options, Agency Admins can create a flexible pricing structure and service offering that meets the needs of their agency and clients.
