Viewing and Exporting Professionals' Availabilities

The Availabilities section in StafStar gives Agency Admins a clear overview of when Professionals are available for work.
Located in the right-side menu of your dashboard, this section centralizes all availability data submitted by Professionals — helping your agency better match candidates to job opportunities.


What Can You Do in the Availabilities Section?

The Availabilities feature is designed for viewing and exporting only. As an Agency Admin, you don’t need to input or modify any data here — the Professionals themselves are responsible for submitting and updating their own availability schedules.

Here’s what you’ll find:

1. Comprehensive Availability List

A table that displays all availability entries submitted by Professionals in your agency.
You’ll typically see details like:

  • Professional’s name
  • Available dates and times
  • Location (if applicable)
  • Additional notes (if provided)

2. Excel Export Option

To help you manage, share, or analyze this data outside of StafStar, a Download as Excel button is available.
With one click, you can export the full availability list into an Excel file.
You are free to filter, sort, and use the exported file however you need — whether for internal scheduling, reporting, or sharing with clients.


Why is This Important?

Having instant access to up-to-date availability data helps Agency Admins quickly identify suitable Professionals for job postings — speeding up placements and improving communication with Employers.
