Sending Emails
The Send Email feature in StafStar allows Agency Admins to send customized emails to their network of Employers and Professionals.
Located in the right-side menu of your dashboard, this tool gives you a simple and efficient way to communicate with your users. Whether you want to send announcements, reminders, or personalized messages, the Send Email feature has got you covered.
How to Send an Email
When creating an email, you will need to fill out the following fields:
Field | Description |

Subject | The subject line of your email. Be clear and concise to make sure your recipients know what the email is about. |
Content | The main body of the email. Use this space to share important information, updates, or personalized messages with your users. |
Once you've added your subject and content, you can proceed to the next step.
Selecting Recipients
After composing your email, you’ll need to select the recipients who will receive your message.
Choose whether you want to send the email to Employers, Professionals, or both.
This flexibility allows you to tailor your communication to specific segments of your audience.
Once you've selected your recipients, click Send to dispatch your email.
