Managing Your Website

The Website Management section in StafStar allows Agency Admins to fully customize their agency's public website — giving you control over both content and design.
Located in the right-side menu of your dashboard, this section is divided into four key areas:

1️⃣ FAQ​

  • Keep your agency's FAQ page up to date with clear, helpful information for Employers and Professionals visiting your site.
  • Easily edit and update frequently asked questions.
  • Provide concise answers to common inquiries.
  • Ensure your site visitors have the information they need to use your services effectively.

2️⃣ About​

  • Customize your agency's About page to showcase who you are and what you offer.
  • Share your agency's mission, vision, and story.
  • Highlight your team, services, or unique approach.
  • Build trust and credibility with site visitors.

3️⃣ Website Themes​

This is where your agency website's visual style comes to life. StafStar provides a set of predefined design themes for each section of your website.

  • Click the pencil icon (edit icon) next to each section to select a theme.
  • Sections include:
    • Navbar
    • Header
    • How it Works
    • About
    • Footer
    • And more...
  • After customizing the themes for each section, click Publish to apply the changes to your live website.

This modular approach allows you to fine-tune the appearance of individual sections, ensuring a cohesive yet flexible site design.

4️⃣ Theme Colors​

  • Choose from 3 preset color palettes provided by StafStar to define your agency website's color scheme.
  • Select the palette that best fits your brand identity.
  • These color sets will automatically apply to key elements throughout your website.

With just a few clicks, your agency site will have a professional, polished look aligned with your chosen colors.
